Maximun number of differrent phone lines (WhatsApp numbers) that can be integrated into Batai. Each line can be managed separately and a different agent may be assigned to each one of them. Lines must be provided by you and integrated after signing in.
An agent is a pre-trained artificial intelligence assistant, each specialized in a specific task or role. You can further customize each agent by training them with texts, URLs, and PDFs relevant to your company, products, or any other specific information you want the agent to incorporate. Agents can be reassigned and retrained at any time to meet your evolving needs.
It refers to the maximum number of responses Batai will provide in a single day. Once this limit is reached, Batai will cease to respond to incoming requests and send recordatories. Beyond this point, it will be the user's responsibility to manually respond to any incoming messages they wish to address and send the corresponding recordatories. The message limit resets daily at 00:00 UTC.

All of our Service Plans include a specified number of phone lines for use with our call answering services. These numbers can be chosen from a selection of numbers from various countries. If you wish Batai to respond to calls made to your pre-existing business number, you can set up call forwarding to one of the numbers contracted with Batai. For WhatsApp services, the user will need to provide up to 6 of their own numbers, which will be integrated into Batai's WhatsApp messaging services.
